She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kostuk and Sophie Kostuk (Laskee); her husband Emanuele Terminella; her son James P. Terminella; her siblings, Victor Kostuk, John Kostuk, Ann Kostuk and Catherine Kostuk; and her son-in-law Rich Bertolucci.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Bertolucci of Los Angeles, CA, John Terminella, Joe Terminella (Susan) of Fayetteville, Joyce Fine (Rick) of Springdale, Frank Terminella (Kelly) of Fayetteville, Manny Terminella (Diana) of Fayetteville and Tom Terminella (Monica) of Fayetteville; her sister Sophie Kostuk of Eastport; and her great grandchildren, Justin Terminella (Jessica), Jamie Terminella Skeen (Sam), Jennifer Terminella Doss (Jacob), Juliet Bertolucci, Michael Fine, Patrick Fine, Jade, James, Joseph, Kate, Manny, Noah, Isabelle Terminella, Thomas, Gabrielle, Luciana, Mirabella Terminella, Crysty Terminella Botha (Ryan) and Miranda Terminella Dodson (Jason).
