She was predeceased by: her parents, Insley Johnson and Sarah Elizabeth Harp Kirkpatrick; her husband Robert E. Sly; and her brother Burnard Kirkpatrick. She is survived by: her daughter Ann Porter (Rusty) of West Helena, AR; her grandchildren, Katherine Elizabeth Mantooth (Jamie) of Martin, TN, Jed Porter (Micah) of Batesville, AR and Sarah Margaret Russell (Ryan) of Auburn, AL; her great grandchildren, Betsy and Jack Mantooth of Martin, TN; and her great-nieces, Ginny Lou Sargent Cronan of Dallas, TX, Judy Sargent Kelly (Micky) of Frisco, TX and Jan Kirkpatrick Glosser (Jeff) of Austin, TX. She is also survived by seven great nieces and nephews and nine great great nieces.
