It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jose Soto (Fayetteville, Arkansas), who passed away on October 18, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Daniel Soto Rodriguez and Candelaria Monctezuma Ornelas; his wife Mercedes Valadez-Desoto; and his children, Roberto Soto of Chicago, IL, Ruben Soto of Berkley, IL, Santos Ramirez of Chicago, IL and Jacquelin Soto of Arizona. He was also cherished by twelve brothers and sisters.
