It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Purviance Robinson of Fayetteville, Arkansas, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd A. Robinson and Minta Hollis Robinson; and his wife Dorothy Lee Cowan Robinson. He is survived by: his children, Suzie Shackelford (David), Richard Robinson (Vickie), Jane Thompson, Laurie MacDonald (Bruce) and Cathy Houser (Andre). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
