He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lamp and Lois Ward Lamp; and his brother Myron Lamp. He is survived by: his wife Reba Lamp; his children, Susan Lamp of Fayetteville and John M. Lamp of Cheyenne, Oklahoma; his sister Barbara Tvedt of Ogilvie, Minnesota; and his grandchildren, John J. Lamp and Sarah Lamp. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
