He was predeceased by: his parents, Rebecca Hooker and John Hooker; and his grandparents, Imogene and Vernon Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Carlen Groninger Hooker; his daughters, Greer Hooker and Lawsen Alexandria Hooker; his uncle Henry Morgan (Veda Morgan); his sister-in-law Regan Paluch (Glenn Paluch); his nephews, Zach and Henry Paluch; and his mother-in-law Donna Groninger.

In lieu of flowers, donations and memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital in the name of Jimi Tucker and Hayden Yates.
