He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kelly and Maude Gibson Kelly; his wife Janie Louise Kelly; and his siblings, Roland, Frankie, Leonard and Arline.
He is survived by: his children, Joey Kelly of Fayetteville, Johnny Kelly of Woodland, California, Linda Kay, Betty and Norma; and his grandchild Tasha Ralston of Debretta Verser.
