He is survived by: his son Jay; his siblings, Judge John Lineberger (Barbara), Ruth Cooper (Jim), Mary Lou Court (Melvin) and Dr. Rick Lineberger (Tracy); his children, Jerry Dale Lineberger Jr. (Tammy), Kimberly Collins (Stephen) and Andrew Lineberger; his grandchildren, Courtney Collins, Lindsay Simmons (Jeff), Kimberlyn Erie (Blake), Holley Collins, Madison Baker (Josh), Olivia Boccarossa, Austin Boccarossa, Matthew Lineberger, Aubrey Lineberger and Daniel Lineberger; and his great grandchildren, Brodie Baker, Kai Erie, Haven Simmons, Peyton Baker, Haisley Simmons and Chandler Erie.
