He is survived by: his parents, James Troy and Ann Palmer Collins of Damascus; his son JT Connor Collins (Courtney) of Ft. Cavazos, TX; his siblings, Jonathan Tyler Collins (Brittany) of Damascus and Tiffany Leanne Harrell (Justin) of Greenbrier; his niece Addy Harrell; and his nephews, Judah Tate Collins, Hunter Harrell and Jaxon Harrell.
