She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hubert Shelton and Marie Shelton; her husband Jack Herd; her grandson Michael Branscum; her daughters, Jan Paul (Mark) and Judy Branscum (David); and her grandchildren, Catie Paul, Sarah Paul, John David Paul, Jack Branscum (Kristy), Evan Branscum (Ashley), Ethan Branscum (Katie) and Rob Branscum (Hannah Grace). She was also cherished by eight great-grandchildren.
