She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie A. Mayfield and Alpha M. Mayfield; and her husband James L. Blaylock. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Nelon (Todd) of Atlanta, GA., Lynda Marquess (Mark) of Fayetteville and Doug Blaylock (Heather) of Fayetteville; her siblings, Lynita Faulkenberry of Ft. Smith, Leon Mayfield and Charles Mayfield of Silver Springs, NV.; her grandchildren, Taylor Marquess (Katie) of Fayetteville, Jordan Nelon (Paige) of Dallas, GA., Bailey Tahy (Alec) of Fayetteville, Ashley Nelon (Logan) of Orlando, FL., Shelby Nelon of Sandy Springs, GA., Matthew Blaylock (Haley) of Fayetteville and Autumn Blaylock of Fayetteville; and her great grandchildren, Stella James Tahy of Fayetteville, John, Linda Marquess and Leenie Gilbreath of Fayetteville.
