She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Francis Grohoski and Leocadie Cambre Grohoski; her brother Frank Alexander Grohoski; her former husband David B. Horne; and her husband Don S. Ousterhout.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah Horne Bailey of Fayetteville and Cambre Horne Brooks (John) of Fayetteville; her sister Linda Dollins (Jerry) of Fayetteville; her grandchildren, Lynley Beth Chase (Adam), Emmie Claire Bailey and Hays Alexander Brooks; her stepgrandchildren, Miller Brooks and Jordan Brooks; her great grandchildren, Addie and Annie Chase; and her nieces and nephews, Jan and Katherine.
