It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Richard Latta (Fayetteville, Arkansas), who passed away on February 11, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Latta and Rowena T Latta (Reed). He is survived by: his wife Majesta Herrera; his stepchild Athena Herrera; his brother Mike Latta; his children, Jeremy Richard Latta, Linley Maria Dust (Dave) and Lauren Latta Bartholomew (Weston); and his grandchildren, Landyn Latta and Reagan Dust.

At lunch time he was sitting on a different table than I was, but still noticed I was not eating. He immediately got up from his seat and came to me and said Aziz I know you are fasting, and you also have specific dietary needs, so you make sure to pack what you need to eat later.
