He is survived by: his mother Clara Ann Dove Payne; his siblings, Larry, Kenny Payne and Rhonda Payne; his niece Mackynzie Payne; his sons, Jerry Neumiller and Isiac Payne; and his siblings, Jeremy Payne (Kim) of Monett Missouri, Jessie Payne (Crystal) of Rogers, Timmy Payne, Jennifer Roman (Raul) of Rogers, Manda Payne (Ed) of Springdale, Rhonda Morgan (Johnny) of Prairie Grove, Crystal Contreras (Nali) of Prairie Grove and Jenny Smith (Shannon) of Centerton. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews family and friends.
