He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ward; his children, David Ward (Candy), Jamie Allen (Marty), Gina Rossicoe (Ron), Shellbi Malone (John) and James Ward Jr. (Erin); and his siblings, Virginia Martin (Jim), Sharon Perry and Robert Ward (Sheila). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
