He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Kohanek and Leslie Kohanek. He is survived by: his brothers, Dennis and Leslie Kohanek; his wife Gail Bingham Kohanek of Farmington Arkansas; his daughters, Annie Kathryn Dell (Alan Dell) and Julia Bingham Kohanek (Lucas Brown); his grandsons, Spencer James Dell and Isaac William Brown; and his sisters, Diane Catherine Smith (Ricke Smith) and Mary Ann Steen (Dan Alberts). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
