He was predeceased by: his parents, James Slankard and Reba Slankard of Mansfield; and his siblings, Ronnie Slankard of Mansfield and Marilyn Campbell of Mansfield. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Jeremy (Allison Slankard) of Fayetteville, Robyn (Danny Mills) of Greenwood and Jamie Needham of Greenwood; his siblings, Linda (Gerry Edwards) of Mansfield, Sue (Steve White) of Greenwood, Kathy (Rodney Riser) of Ft Smith and John (Ruth Slankard) of Ft. Smith; and his grandchildren, Bella, Reid Slankard, Lexi Hicks, Colton Needham, Lilly and Tayden Mills.
