He is survived by: his wife Aneta; his children, Randy Osburn of Greenland and Kathy Jones of Wesley; and his siblings, Walter "Demi" Osburn of Brannan Mountain, Carl Osburn of Great Bend, Lloyd "Sonny" Osburn of Hazel Valley, Rema Moore of Elkins, Peggy Drummond of Elkins and Willadean Drummond of Elkins. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
