He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman F. Weber and Florence M. Weber (Smith); and his wife Carol Lou Cress. He is survived by: his children, Angela Stewart (Keith) of Decatur, Cindy Atwood (Tim) of Wasilla, Alaska, Jody Usher (Terry) of Lincoln, California and James Weber, Jr. of Decatur, Arkansas; and his sister Jane Hoffert of Sandusky, Ohio.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, a great-great grandchild.
