It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Dempsey Hoffarth (Fayetteville, Arkansas), born in Springdale, Arkansas, who passed away on April 20, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hoffarth of Washington and Amanda Hoffarth (Autrey); and his siblings, Pearl Lindley, Allie Welkley, Gladys Macias and Viann Droege.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Delaney, Goldie Hoffarth, Charlie Hoffarth and Jerry Hoffarth; his wife Bonnie Hoffarth (Stevenson); and his children, Jackie Hoffarth (Becky) of Vian, David Hoffarth of Springdale, Michelle Lowery (Jack) of Bentonville and Tim Hoffarth of Fayetteville. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
