She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Clifford and Iva Ellen McClintock (Davidson); her husband George Edmond Cook; and her brother Clifford McClintock. She is survived by: her sons, Eddie Mack Cook of Chester, Billy Frank Cook (Pam) of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Bobby Don Cook (Linda) of Fayetteville, Arkansas. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
