He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Mayne Klinger; and his children, Jo Donna Wallace (Brian), Dena Trask (Tim), Rex Klinger of Tennessee and Brian Klinger of Tennessee. He is also survived by brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
