He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Blake and Lou Austin Blake; his siblings, Leroy Blake, Inez Standard, Evelyn Spears and Thelma Lierly; his daughter Debbie Pennington; and his grandson Austin Blake.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Blake (Cathy), Justin Blake (Misty) and Patty Powell; his son-in-law Butch Pennington; and his grandchildren, Chris Powell, Angie Fushi, Aftin Blake, Heather Brawner, Megan Boliver, Mirissa Clark, Jacy Blake, Kelsey Miller, Allison Blake, James Carlyle, Scott Smith and Matt Smith. He is also survived by 18 Great Grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Fayetteville National Cemetery (1000 S Lt Col Leroy Pond Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701).
