He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kooyman and Viola Kooyman (Landon); and his sister Shirley Lambert. He is survived by: his sons, Greg Kooyman of Jacksonville, FL, Robert Kooyman of Fayetteville, AR, Steve Kooyman (Joanne) of Chandler, AZ and Clark Kooyman (Melissa) of Rapid City, SD. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and many other family, friends.
