She is survived by: her children, Dr. Lee Ann Harvey of Fayetteville, AR and George Raymond Harvey, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Becky of Telluride, CO; and her sisters, Betty Owen of Conway and Rosemary Chamberlain of Fort Smith. She is also survived by numerous friends and extended family.
