He was predeceased by: his parents, Aldon Maxwell and Elvera Johnson Maxwell; his former wife Hazel Maxwell; his wife Millie Maxwell; his sister Norma Maxell Steinke; and his great grandchild Tobias Kell.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan Maxwell Kell (Buddy) of Martinez, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Ben Kell (Leslie), Danny Kell (Bridget) and Beth Carson (Thad Carson).
