He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge Randolph Perritt and Maxine Powell Perritt. He is survived by: his wife Dell Warlick Perritt; his children, James Shawn Perritt of Conway and Paige Perritt Lindholm (Gregg) of Tucson, AZ; his grandchildren, Hailey Perritt Meriweather (Landon) of Northwest Arkansas, CiCi Perritt Anthes (Brandon) of Northwest Arkansas, Morgan Perritt of Conway, Korbin Lindholm of Tucson, Riley of Tucson, AZ and Leah Lindholm of Tucson, AZ; his brother Mike Perritt (Diana) of Little Rock; his brother-in-law James Warlick (Twylia) of Sherwood; and his pet Daisey. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
