He was predeceased by: his wife Lorna James; and his son Ronald Pennington. He is survived by: his children, Michele James of Fayetteville, Cathleen James of Fayetteville, Tamera Rowland of Fayetteville, Tracy Troxell of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Alan Wilson of Canberra and Robert James of Fayetteville; and his sister Marge Penix of Amarillo, Texas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren and many friends.
