He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Sr. Brooks and Effie Brooks (Elkins); his wife Dixie; his daughters, Linda Ward (Lee) of Fayetteville and Cyndee Church of Fayetteville; his grandchildren, Colby Ward (Krista) of Fayetteville, Trent Ward (Mickie) of Fayetteville and Davina Church of Lakewood, WA; his great grandchildren, Caden, Carson, Emily, Ana, Tristan and Madalyn; and his sister Sarah Etta Jones of Owasso, OK. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
