We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2023, at the age of 79, Edwin Thomas Palmer of Fayetteville, Arkansas, born in Little Rock, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Palmer and Mary Cubbins Palmer; and his siblings, Linda Shafer and Stephen Palmer. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Michele Palmer Shields of Portland, Stacey Renee Palmer Teaster of Fayetteville, Kimberly Ann Palmer Moore of Fayetteville and Allison Martinez Duarte of Miami, Florida; and his nephew Sean Ferguson. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
