He is survived by: his parents, Edward Howell and Mary Moose Howell; his wife Johna Johnson Howell of Fayetteville; his siblings, Margaret Greene of Morrilton and Mike Howell (Rita) of Morrilton; his daughter Michele Howell Harris (Gary) of Bentonville; and his grandchildren, Addison Tull and Riley Tull of Bentonville.
Donations may be made in his name to the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks.
