He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Osburn and Bertha Osburn (Brammer); his granddaughter Mary Ella Tolliver; his son-in-law Mike Townsend; his wife Virginia Osburn (Laney); and his daughters, Janice Tolliver of Tulsa, Phyllis Hayes (Clarence) of Mesquite, Gail Townsend of Tulsa and Annette Foster (Wayne) of Farmington. He was also cherished by six grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
