She is survived by: her daughters, Loyanne Ballard (Timothy) of Little Elm and Pamela Smith of Springdale; her grandchildren, Anne Vanhook of Springdale, Kristen Alberta (Terrence) of Little Elm, Texas and Brandon Ballard (Crystal) of Mascoutah; and her great grandchildren, Lily Vanhook, Suttyn, Lennox Alberta, Brynn, Casen, Cameron and Cade Ballard.
