He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jordan, Shane Hollingsworth of Huntsville, Madison Frazier of Springdale and Josh Frazier of Wesley; and his great grandchildren, Braxton Hollingsworth, Kinsley Hollingsworth, Grayson Hollingsworth of Huntsville and Lilly Frazier of Springdale.
