He is survived by: his wife Rita L. Yates (Holloway); his daughter Donna Jane Yates Bright; his siblings, Ben Yates of Coal Hill, Arkansas, Dee Yates of Coal Hill, Arkansas and Avis Meadows of Fort Smith, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Carly Bright and Sydney Bright.
