It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Wayne Batson of Fayetteville, Arkansas, born in Oilton, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Batson and Esther Batson (Casto); his stepson Coylee Clark; and his siblings, Birt Batson, Eldon Batson, Laquita Lomenick and Dixie Abel.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his stepdaughter Angeedel Clark; his grandchildren, Eric Clark (Charla), Darla Ellis, Jessica Netherton (Rob) and Daniel Bowen (Jessica Kay); his great grandchildren, Jordan Cash (Eli), Noah Warren, Cameron Clark, Emalee Vazquez, Addy Litterell, Kaytlen Colter, McKenna Clark, Evie Netherton, Jacob Clark and Elijah Netherton; his sister Linda Wolfe; and his sister-in-law Loudel Winkles (Carlton). He is also survived by 8 great great-grandchildren, many other family members, nieces, nephews.
