He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Noisewater (Cassie) of Excelsior Springs, MO, Duncan Noisewater (Cory Noisewater) of Excelsior Springs, MO, Phyllis Kincaid (Bob) of Excelsior Springs, MO and Belinda York (Junior Noisewater) of Excelsior Springs, MO; and his siblings, Larry Wayne of West Fork, Bob Wayne of West Fork, Jan Tibbs of Conway, Ruth Girdner of Pryor, OK, Eliza Richardson of Centerton, AR and Sally Boswell of Stillwell, OK. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
