He was predeceased by: his mother Anne Fanning Phillips. He is survived by: his parent Jerry Phillips; his wife Kelle; his son Nicholas Phillips; his sisters, Terry Dee Sanfilippo and D. Dawn Phillips; and his nephews, Salem Sanfilippo Solindas and Javid Hamilton.
