It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Reed Churchill of Fayetteville, Arkansas, who passed away on September 13, 2022, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Dr. David A. Churchill and Penny Metcalf Churchill of Fayetteville; his sister Cameron Churchill of Los Angeles, Calif.; his grandparents, Ronnie and Eleanor Metcalf of Leachville, Ark.; his uncle Gene; his aunt Kim Metcalf of Jonesboro; and his cousins, Christopher and Emily.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial gifts may be made to Central United Methodist Church, Washington Regional Medical Center, Arkansas Children's Hospital, or the charity of one's choice in Reed's memory.
