He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Loren and Helen Eis (Banks); his foster parents, Paul Foltz and Mary Foltz of Abilene, Kansas; his siblings, Charles Eis, III and LaQuita Eis; and his nephew Charles Eis, IV.
He is survived by: his friends, Ron Gianacarlo and Fred Brown; his wife Jackie Eis (Fisher); his sons, Paul Eis (Michelle) of Olathe and Jason Eis of Milbrae, California; his grandchildren, Alicia Martin (Josh), Roae Eis, Landon Eis and Pilot Eis; his nephews, David Eis (Becky) of Royal Point and Gary Eis of Newton, Kansas; and his brother-in-law Boyd Fisher of Holiday Island.
