The memory of Cory Steven Willits of Fayetteville, Arkansas, born in Holton, Kansas, who passed away on February 25, 2025 at the age of 42, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the vast expanse of eternity, Cory shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Cory farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Mark Colman Willits; his wife Deisy Funez Willits; his sons, Edin Funez and Luis Funez; his mother Gail Leona Gravatt Willits; and his brothers, Russell Willits, Jacob Willits and Casey Willits.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Nelson-Berna Funeral Home (4520 N Crossover Rd, Fayetteville, AR 72764). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Joseph Catholic Church (1722 N Starr Dr, Fayetteville, AR 72701).
