She was predeceased by: her parents, Clell Barker Sr. and Nola Mae Spencer-Barker; her daughter Nikki Barker; and her siblings, Arlene Gene, Clell E Barker Jr., Kenneth "Kenny" Allen Barker, Mary Ruth Barker-Rodgers and Donald Barker (Thomas Denton).
She is survived by: her children, Anisa Palmer and Charles Barker; her grandchildren, Ronyae Samuels, Keenan Samuels, Raven Palmer, Kylion Clark, Madalyn Crawfford and Corbyn Barker; and her siblings, Evalena Morris, Doris Blackburn (Paul), Fred Barker and Lonnie Barker.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Moore's Chapel Funeral Home (206 W Center St, Fayetteville, AR 72701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Throughout her life, Connie made meaningful contributions to her community through her kindness and generosity.
