She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy White and Ellen White (Carter); and her husband Bill Henderson. She is survived by: her daughters, Savannah Blankenship (Justin) of Siloam Springs, AR and McKenzie Henderson of Bartlesville, OK; her grandsons, Billy and Braxton Blankenship; and her sisters, Linda Zaloudek of Enid, OK, Sue Streich of Wylie, TX and Sharon Geminden of Plano, TX. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Memorial contributions in Carol's name may be made to Circle of Life Hospice of Springdale, Arkansas, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
