It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Hartley Allie (Fayetteville, Arkansas), born in Belleville, New Jersey, who passed away on October 4, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alonzo Hartley and Winifred Buddell Hartley; her husband Delno "Del" Allie; and her pets, Kayla and Kasey. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, close friends.
