With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Candice Ann Peters in Fayetteville, Arkansas, born in Oberlin, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Best and Arlene Best; her brother David Lee Best; and her grandparents, Ivan, Mamie Best, Vernon and Ellen Hurlbut.
She is survived by: her children, Tristan and Calista; her granddaughter Ruby Soul Perkins; her great grandchildren, Macy and Andrew; her children, Noah and Ava; her grandchild Bentley; her great grandchildren, Zhr, Ali, Mia and Joseph; her brother Kenneth Eugene "Gene" (Kris Best); her nephew Jim; her niece Carrie; and also, Jackson and Ryleigh. She is also survived by the father of her six children, thirteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the senior activity center of Elkins' Meals on Wheels Program.
