He is survived by: his father Nathan William Schwartz; his wife Charlene Schwartz (Johnson) of Harleysville; his mother Beverly Tina Childs (Jim Childs) of Telford; his son Zachary Eugene Schwartz; the mother of his child Kate Schwartz of Denville, NJ; and his sister Monica Lorraine Ferraro (Anthony Ferraro) of Douglassville. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
