He is survived by: his father Ed Duncan (Betty Bishop); his daughter Amory Duncan; his sisters, Joanie Hannah (Sam) of Cane Hill, Kristie Husong (Jeremy) and Amanda Allen of Austin, Texas; his stepfather Rick Allen of Oaks, Oklahoma; and his stepsiblings, Ricky Allen (Tonya) of Jay, Gary Allen (Galynn) of Claremore, Oklahoma and Courtney Allen of Catoosa, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
