He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Helton and Alice Bell Helton of Gageby, Texas.; his wife Lavada Jeanette Hogan; his children, Sharla Boles (Rodney), Steven (Stacy) and Mike Helton (Connie); his grandchildren, Lauren Hepler, Jillian Boles, Jennifer Helton, Bailey Helton, Megan Helton, Jacob Helton and Jaclyn Helton; his great grandchildren, Graham and Liam Hepler; and his siblings, Joyce Smith, Jack Helton, Thomas and Bill.
