We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2019, at the age of 79, Billy Hugh Collins (Fayetteville, Arkansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bert Collins and Josephine Collins (Crabtree); his wife Patricia Collins (Cannon); his daughters, Kristi Johnson (Collins), Beth Ann Neff (Terry) of Neosho and Julie Randolph (Paul) of Fayetteville; his sister Yvonne Merkel of Fredricksburg, Texas; and his grandchildren, Christian Neff, Courtney Neff, Tyler Hutchison, Dexter Hutchison, Abby Randolph, Jordan Johnson and Jaimisen Harris. He was also cherished by two great-grandchildren.
