It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Gene Garber of Fayetteville, Arkansas, born in Baxter Springs, Kansas, who passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Alice Garber; his siblings, Tom Garber, Carolyn Alsenz and Mary Lou Mumpton; his children, Randall Garber (Randy) and Kristen Meyer (Kris); his grandchildren, Cecily Garber, Lynn Cunningham, Alison Ragsdale, Will Meyer and Brian Meyer; and his great grandchildren, Linnea Hsu, Hopper Hsu, James Cunningham, Leo Cunningham, Levi Ragsdale and Lori Kate Ragsdale.
